Kubler Kaffee

Named after what was once the favorite meeting place for the city's intellectual elite and local bohemians, the Kubler Kaffee recreates the late XIX century Bucharest coffee shop atmosphere.The design is reminiscent of the minimalist movement of the era, with a focus on functionality, clean lines and proportion,  enhanced by Wanders' spherical sky garden lamps,suspended above each table. More than just a place to sip coffee, the Kubler Kaffee in central Bucharest is an ideal place for a rendezvous, or to share with friends a cake from our choice of Viennoiseries, or a pre-dinner aperitif.

1880 Restaurant

The restaurant is a unique space, combining a modern Mediterranean menu with fresh seafood scrumptiously seasoned, and artistically presented.

The cozy atmosphere, created by the Gino Seratti chrome lighting, adds character to the deceptively modern looking interior, whose restored Doric columns and panelling once supported and enriched a XIX century historic monument.

The menu in this Mediterranean restaurant is comprehensive and consists of classics, as well as a large selection of fish and shellfish dishes. Starters range from half a dozen oysters, steamed mussels in parsley, shallots and white wine broth, minted pea soup with prawns, to seared filet mignon topped with foie gras, oven roast turbot in white wine sauce, and pan roasted duck breast with fig gastrique.
